Natalia is responsible for legal and regulatory oversight of all Lakestar's entities. She represents the company during all investments from initial rounds to exits and is also responsible for coordinating Lakestar's operations. Natalia brings cross-jurisdictional and structuring knowledge to Lakestar’s transactions. As part of Lakestar’s value-add she advises portfolio companies on a broad range of legal topics as they grow into international players. Natalia ensures compliance standards are observed across all Lakestar's activities and she is also responsible for efficient operations across the company’s teams. Before joining Lakestar, Natalia worked at several global law firms including Baker McKenzie, where she advised on
investment and M&A transactions. Natalia holds a Master of Law from the University of Zurich and the London School of Economics. She is completing her PhD Study in fund structuring and management. She enjoys being part of the Lakestar's Lecture initiative and teaches basics of law for venture capital at technical universities.
