Yassin joined HarbourVest in 2019 and focuses on analyzing and structuring secondary private equity opportunities, including traditional and complex transactions. He joined the Firm from Helios Investment Partners, where he was most recently a Vice President focused on evaluating and executing investments in emerging markets. Prior to this, he held the Associate role in the IBD Financial Institutions groups at both J.P. Morgan and Nomura International.

Yassin received an MSc in Management from the University of Mannheim, Germany, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
