Alessandra Pasquoni

Alessandra Pasquoni is Head of Investment in ANIA and member of the Advisory and Investment Committees of ANIA Infrastructure fund. Before joining ANIA, she worked as senior advisor at LVenture Group, the accelerator of Luiss EnLabs, supporting the implementation of venture capital investment initiatives.

From 2012 to 2018, she was Country Head of Investment Consultancy at Willis Towers Watson, assisting Italian institutional clients in the field of asset allocation, risk management and manager selection, with a focus on alternative assets. Previously, she worked at CDC as Chief Investment Officer and at Pioneer Investment (now Amundi) in Dublin as asset allocator&ALM. Alessandra started her career in the actuarial team of Irish Life Insurance in Dublin.

Graduated with honors in Economics from La Sapienza University, she holds an Executive MBA from Luiss Business School and a Master in Quantitative Finance from M. Smurtfit Business School in Dublin. She qualified as CAIA chartholder and she is CAIA Italy Charter Head since 2024.
