Alexandre Tilmant is Chief Business Officer at Silurian AI, which builds foundation models trained on weather and operational data to solve complex weather-impact forecasting challenges for the energy, infrastructure, and financial sectors. He previously led corporate development at Blueprint Power, an energy technology startup acquired by BP, and earlier founded and managed BNP Paribas’ energy private equity division, deploying over $500 million across direct investments and funds. He holds a Master’s degree in International Management from HEC Paris.
