Amanda Tonsgaard

Partner & Head of Investor Relations at AIP Management

Amanda is responsible for Investor Relations, capital raising and communications, and part of shaping AIP’s strategic direction. She has worked in the private markets for over 25 years in various roles. Her most recent role was at Triton Partners, where she built and oversaw Investor Services, Communication, and Co-Investments. Prior to that, she was Managing Partner at the law firm Hannes Snellman Copenhagen. She has also been a Director at Capital Dynamics, a global asset manager and a Principal at Langholm Capital, a small-cap buyout fund. She began her career at Bech Bruun Law Firm in Copenhagen, before moving to London in 2001.

Amanda holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen. She is a mentor with Level 20, an organisation that promotes gender diversity in finance, and the PEI Mentorship Scheme.
