Cay is the Founder and Managing Partner of Emerald Bridge Capital (“EBC or Emerald Bridge”) where she leads the firm’s investment efforts and chairs its Investment Committee.

Prior to the founding of Emerald Bridge, Cay worked for Ridgemont Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm. While at Ridgemont, Cay invested across several energy sub-sectors. Cay joined Ridgemont’s predecessor firm, Banc of America Capital Investors (“BACI”), in 2008. Prior to joining BACI, she worked for the oil and gas investment banking group at JPMorgan Securities both in New York City, NY and Houston, Texas.

Cay received a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University School of Management, with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting and a Minor in Economics. Cay graduated as class valedictorian.

She is a mother of two, originally from the Northeast and when she is not working alongside her colleagues and management teams, she enjoys bike cruising and beach walking.
