Daryl Perry is Head of Research and Insight for Cushman and Wakefield. Daryl is responsible for leading the Research and Insight team, delivering value-add market insight across the economy and commercial and residential sectors – working across the business’ client base. He chairs Cushman and Wakefield’s UK Thought Leadership steering committee.

Recent Research publications include The Shape of Real Estate 2040 – a quantification of the fastest growing real estate sectors; London Moves: the who, what where and why of occupational movement; Future of Cities; Housing for an ageing population; and Future of Food Chains.

Prior to Cushman and Wakefield, Daryl held a number of roles at Avison Young, where he was for 15 years, most latterly as Head of Insight. Previous work includes publications on the changing face of UK cities, Productivity in the workplace, Building Zero: The road to net zero carbon and the UK Cities Recovery Index.
