Dulce is a Partner at InfraRed Capital Partners and leads on a day to day the Fund Management for European Income Funds as well as spearheads co-investments across the globe. Dulce has spent over two decades working in infrastructure investments, including the last one at InfraRed. Dulce has led complex infrastructure projects globally across renewable energy, transport and social projects.

Before her tenor at InfraRed, Dulce worked in investment banking and as principal investor, most of her career out of London with a short stint in Sao Paulo and Lisbon.

Dulce holds a M. Sc in Business Administration from ISCTE Business School in Lisbon.
