Emma Jack is an executive director at PGIM Private Alternatives and head of portfolio management for PGIM Real Estate’s Asia Pacific debt strategies. Emma is London based as part of the global Private Debt Strategy team, responsible for developing and implementing private debt fund product architecture and strategic solutions for global investors across the PGIM Private Alternatives platform. Emma is a member of the Asia Pacific Debt Investment Committee and the Global High Yield Debt Investment Committee.

Emma’s experience spans head of originations for PGIM Real Estate’s European debt business, being a partner at AgFe working across real estate and renewables and starting her career in the Real Estate Private Equity team at Lehman Brothers. Emma has lived and worked in Australia, France, Sweden and the UK.
