Harshil Shah is a Director in the Allianz Global Investors, Infrastructure Debt investment team based in London. The team has invested over EUR 27bn in more than 150 transactions globally. He has experience with leading investments across a wide spectrum of infrastructure projects and corporates, particularly in the UK and Europe. Harshil has also spent time in New York where he helped further develop the team’s US Infrastructure Debt strategies. Harshil sits on a number of investment committees, that cover strategies ranging from core infrastructure, high yield value-add infrastructure and Asia high yield private credit. Before joining AllianzGI in 2017, Harshil spent 3 years in PwC’s Corporate Finance team in London where he provided financial advisory services. His area of focus was PPP/PFI infrastructure projects across transport. Harshil holds a BSc in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School, London and is a CFA Charterholder.
