Harshil is a Director in the Infrastructure Debt Investment team, based in London. He has experience with leading investments across a wide spectrum of infrastructure projects and corporates, particularly in the UK and Europe. Selected highlights include airports, roads, motorway service areas, regulated utilities, ferry operators, ports, renewables, district heating, fibre and energy storage. He sits on the Investment Committee across all the direct infrastructure debt strategies and is active in originating investments from investment grade to high yield. Harshil has also spent time in New York where he helped further develop the US and Latin America Infrastructure Debt strategies.

Before joining AllianzGI in 2017, Harshil spent 3 years in PwC’s Corporate Finance team in London where he provided financial advisory services. His area of focus was PPP/PFI infrastructure projects across healthcare, transport, energy and social Infrastructure. Harshil also had experience of restructuring distressed projects and performing financial due diligence. Harshil holds a BSc in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School, London and is a CFA Charterholder.
