Henry is a Partner in Bridges’ Property team, with over 20 years’ industry experience. Bridges’ Property strategy focuses on three key sectors: Living, Healthcare and Industrial/Logistics. Henry has been involved in growing Bridges’ portfolio of industry-leading low-carbon logistics assets.

Prior to Bridges, Henry worked at LondonMetric Property plc (formally London & Stamford Property plc) from 2008-2019. Here, he led transactions of over 100 properties across the residential, retail, office and industrial/logistics sectors, with an aggregate value in excess of £3bn.

Before LondonMetric, he was an Associate Partner in the London Investment team at Drivers Jonas.
