Holland Davis joined HarbourVest in 2018 and focuses on sourcing, analyzing, and executing a full range of infrastructure investments, with a focus on energy transition and digital infrastructure opportunities. Holland also serves as the ESG lead for the infrastructure team.

Prior to HarbourVest, Holland worked in investment banking at Citigroup and Cambridge Associates, where he spent four years as an associate investment director conducting due diligence on private equity infrastructure, energy, and co-investment opportunities for clients.

Holland received a BA (magna cum laude) in Economics and Government from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
