Hossein is the Director of Petro Power Construction Ltd and the Founder of Atlantic Energy and Infrastructure Corp. Furthermore, he actively engages with the Association for Project Management (APM) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in various professional capacities.

He previously served as an elected Council Member and Chair of the Energy and Infrastructure Committee at the British Exporters Association (BExA), as well as a member of the IET Fellowship Assessment Panel.

Hossein holds an MBA in Finance from the University of London, along with Postgraduate qualifications in Project Financing, Financial Derivatives, and Private Equity from Middlesex University. He also earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Lincoln.

Professionally, he is a Chartered Fellow of both the Association for Project Management (ChPP, FAPM) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMgr FCMI). He is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Chartered Portfolio Manager, and a qualified Mergers and Acquisitions professional (IM&A, M&AP). In addition, Hossein holds an accredited Master Award in Renewable Energy from the Renewable Energy Institute (REI), where he is certified and recognized as a Hydrogen Energy Expert Consultant. He is also a certified Land Management Specialist through Metropolitan State University of Denver.
