Hugh joined IIGCC in June 2022 with responsibility for leading IIGCC’s real assets work. Working in the Investor Strategies directorate, he supports IIGCC members on decarbonising their real estate and infrastructure portfolios developing framework and guidance, alongside supporting their implementation. He represents IIGCC on a number of industry bodies, including the CRREM Global Scientific Investors Committee and the Green Property Alliance.

He previously worked as a Senior Policy Specialist at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, where he led on a range of policy and regulatory issues in the built environment.
