James is a Managing Director at ActivumSG. Prior to joining in 2019, he worked at Lone Star Funds covering UK, Irish and Scandinavian real estate acquisitions. Previously, he worked at Brockton Capital, a UK-focussed real estate private equity manager. James started his career at Credit Suisse, where he was a member of the Real Estate Private Fund Group. Throughout his various roles, James has had extensive experience investing in direct real estate, non-performing loans and operating businesses. James graduated with an MEng in Engineering with Business Finance from University College London and the London School of Economics.
