Karin Kaiser has been with Schroders Greencoat (formerly Greencoat Capital) since 2014, overseeing over €2bn of equity investments in the renewables sector. She played a pivotal role in establishing Schroders Greencoat's UK Solar team, which has become one of the leading solar asset owners in the UK. Karin now leads Schroders Greencoat's European private markets team. In her current role, she is responsible for managing the firm's European investment strategies across institutional funds, mandates, and wealth products.

Prior to joining Schroders Greencoat, Karin worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on M&A and Corporate Finance. She has a Master's degree in Quantitative Economics and Finance from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
