Lisa joined Vantage Infrastructure in 2013 and has more than 20 years of relevant experience. Lisa leads global asset management for Vantage’s Debt business and is the firm’s ESG Champion. She is also responsible for all the Debt team’s analytical processes, credit risk assessment, ESG and valuation policies. She is a member of the Debt Investment Committee and part of Vantage Group’s ESG working group.

Prior to joining the firm, Lisa was Associate Director and Head of Portfolio Management, Infrastructure & Renewables, at NIBC Bank, where she ran a book of over 120 debt transactions across Europe. She also worked for IKB Deutsche Industriebank and for Abbey National (now Santander). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Manchester.
