Maria joined Cambridge Associates in 2018 and has nearly 20 years of industry experience. She specializes in real assets with a focus on real estate investment idea generation and due diligence in North America and Europe. Her responsibilities also encompass managing real asset portfolios for clients and researching trends that impact the real assets industry. She works across various structures such as funds and co-investments, and collaborates with US pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices. Maria is also a member of the Real Asset Investment Committee, where she plays a pivotal role in sourcing and monitoring real asset investments, including real estate, infrastructure, and global natural resources. Additionally, she serves on several industry committees and advisory boards, including as Global Co-Chair of the CA Women Employee Resource Group and a member of the CA DEI Council.
