Mary is Transactions Director at Civitas Investment Management, a leading impact investor with £3.5bn under advisory across five funds which invest into high-quality sustainable healthcare, education and living assets in the UK and Europe and which deliver positive social impact to individuals and their communities.

Mary joined Civitas in 2020 with a focus on healthcare and living transactions and is a member of the investment committee. She has 25 years of real estate experience and was previously the Head of Transactions for WeWork EMEA, where she led the real estate transactions team in the acquisition and asset management of over 150 buildings in 30 cities in EMEA, including numerous pre-lets in London, Paris and Berlin. Mary began her career as a real estate solicitor at Jones Day and SJ Berwin. She holds an M.A. in French and German from the University of Cambridge.
