Omer is an experienced corporate finance professional with 10+ years of experience providing strategic, M&A and capital raising advice across the real estate and infrastructure sectors. Previously, Omer was a director in the CBRE Real Estate Investment Banking team where he focused on M&A and Joint Venture capital raisings predominantly across operating real estate companies.

Prior to CBRE, he worked at National Grid in corporate finance and M&A and Deloitte in the Corporate Finance Advisory division.

Omer holds a BSc. in Mathematics and Economics from London School of Economics & Political Sciences (LSE) and is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA).
