Phelim Bolger is an Infrastructure Specialist at IFM Investors, a global asset management firm owned by pension funds that operate on an all-profit-to-members basis. In his role, Phelim leads client solutions across the UK and Ireland, working closely with long-term, like-minded institutional investors. His responsibilities span relationships with public and corporate pension schemes, investment consultants, insurers, and organisations in the charity and foundation sectors. Additionally, he has responsibility for IFM’s Private Wealth strategy across the EMEA region.With over 25 years of experience in investment management, Phelim has held senior roles in investment advisory, investment specialist and business development across alternative asset classes, including hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure. Prior to joining IFM, he held positions at JPMorgan, UBP, HSBC, DWS, and Ardian.Phelim holds a First-Class bachelor’s degree in management from Trinity College Dublin, and an Advanced Diploma in Administration and Marketing from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
