Phoebe is focused on deal sourcing and execution for UK and European investments, as well as ongoing asset management of a number of portfolio investments.

Phoebe has experience across a wide range of infrastructure sectors and serves on the Board of Connexin, a broadband and IoT business in Hull, and is Chair of the Boards of 5 citywide FTTP projects in the US.
Prior to joining Whitehelm, Phoebe spent five years in the infrastructure team with Hastings Funds Management, managing infrastructure funds and assets.

Phoebe holds a B.Comm. in Finance and a BA in Psychology and History from University of Melbourne.
