Mr Horsnall is Head of Direct Equity and responsible for the Direct Equity Investment Strategy, originating and executing transactions globally for USS Private Markets Group. He has led the underwriting of infrastructure and private equity transactions in UK, North America and Australia. Mr Horsnall is a Director on a number of portfolio companies, including, Dukes Education, Moto and PECO Pallets. Prior to joining USS, Mr Horsnall worked at 3i in various roles and prior to this at Shipleys LLP. He holds a BA in History from the University of Liverpool and is an ACA qualified Accountant.
