Since 2004, Ruslan Husry has successfully worked as an investor, managing director, and manager of various hotel and real estate projects. In 2008, he embarked on a new venture as an entrepreneur, founding the HR Group.

In his academic career, he earned the titles of Certified Public Accountant and Master of Law. His entrepreneurial success is built on years of experience as a consultant, investor, and manager for internationally active companies, as well as his work with various investor groups in Germany.

Based in Berlin, he has been expanding, developing, and managing hotels for over 16 years, focusing on digitalization to modernize hospitality. HR Group is the leading multi-brand hotel operator in Central Europe and now operates over 150 owned and leased hotels in Europe, partners with 36 properties in Asia and plans to expand with over 100 new projects.
