Vanessa Cruz-Galarza is a seasoned investment professional with nearly 20 years of experience, specializing in global real estate investments, portfolio management, and strategic capital formation. She is currently working as an Independent Consultant. Prior to this, she was a Fund Manager at True North, where she developed an international carbon sequestration strategy and managed global investment teams. Vanessa’s career includes pivotal roles at Areim, where she focused on developing ESG-driven products, and at firms like Composition Capital Partners, The Wellcome Trust, and UBS Global Real Estate Multi Managers, where she gained extensive experience as an investor. With a strong commitment to sustainability and diversity, she has been actively involved in the ESG, DEI, and PropTech spaces. Vanessa holds a BA in Economics from Universidad del Pacifico (Peru) where she is originally from, is a CFA Charterholder, and has served on several advisory boards.
