Achille de Rauglaudre is the Founder and Managing Partner of SportsInvest Advisory, a collective of independent sports experts providing strategic, financial, and operational advisory services to sports rightsholders, investors, athletes, and sports-adjacent businesses.

Before founding SportsInvest, Achille built a diverse background in sports across Strategy Consulting, Private Equity, and operational leadership within professional football clubs. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he was part of the global Private Equity and Sports practices, before transitioning to Private Equity, focusing on mid-market deals in the Sports, Media, and Entertainment sectors across Europe.

Achille also held key executive roles supporting new ownership transitions at football clubs—serving as Chief of Staff to the President & CEO at Toulouse FC following its acquisition by RedBird Capital Partners in 2020/21, and as Chief of Staff to the Owners at FC Versailles under new ownership in 2024/25.

Achille holds a Master in Management (MiM) from HEC Paris and a Master of Research from École Polytechnique.
