Adrian Camara is the co-founder and CEO of Athennian, a modern entity and governance management platform used by global legal, finance, and tax teams. Since launching the company in 2017, Adrian has led Athennian through significant growth, building a globally distributed team and supporting some of the world’s most complex organizations in strengthening governance and compliance. Prior to founding Athennian, Adrian practiced corporate law at McCarthy Tétrault LLP, where he specialized in corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He holds a BA in History from Glendon College and a JD from the University of Western Ontario.
