Alexandra Tixier co-heads Allianz European Private Credit platform providing low to mid-market senior financing in sponsored-back transactions. She is one of the founders of the Impact Private Credit strategy consisting in providing unitranche financing to European companies which products or services have a positive contribution to the planet or the society. Prior to her current role, Alexandra has been originating and structuring conventional senior debt financing to European companies in sponsored and sponsor-less transactions since 2017. Prior to joining AllianzGI, she has worked in Tikehau Capital’s direct lending team and started her career in restructuring advisory business at PwC during the financial crisis. Alexandra holds a double diploma with a MSc. in Finance and a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School.
