Alfredo Bru CEO and Co-Founder of Vecta.

He has over 25 years of experience in investment and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has led and participated in landmark transactions in the Spanish market, actively contributing to value creation across a range of companies.

Before moving into Private Equity in 2010, he was CEO and partner at Improven, a strategic consulting firm specialized in growth, operational excellence, and financial management improvement for mid-sized companies.

Over the course of his career, he has been involved in transformation projects in more than 200 companies across multiple sectors, combining operational expertise with a strong focus on sustainable value creation.

He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Vecta’s portfolio companies and is an independent board member at the pharmaceutical and biotechnology company HIPRA and at the Spanish retail group K-GLOBAL.

Alfredo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
