Mr. Gern is the Head of Business Development at MGG Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Gern is responsible for marketing and investor relations at the firm.

Prior to joining MGG, he was a Vice President at Gordian Group, an investment bank specializing in distressed and complex situations. Previously, Mr. Gern was an Analyst with Zolfo Cooper, focused on financial advisory and interim management. He began his career in the restructuring practice at Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

Mr. Gern received his B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College.
