Anieke Lamers is an Operating Partner at Borski Fund, a €50M Amsterdam-based fund investing in Seed to Series A female founders across Europe. She has moved from PE and VC investor to founder, operator, and back into venture bringing a 360° perspective on what it really takes to build and scale companies.

Alongside her fund role, Anieke founded The VC Coach, where she mentors emerging fund managers and venture capitalists across Europe. She advises on building high-performing investment teams, attracting diverse talent, and upskilling VCs to thrive in an increasingly digital and AI-driven landscape.

Anieke is passionate about helping investors and portfolio companies design human capital and talent strategies that combine data, inclusion, and long-term value creation. Her work sits at the intersection of venture, technology, and human capital, with a focus on building ambitious, inclusive organizations that are ready for digital transformation.

At Borski, Anieke works closely with portfolio companies on leadership, talent strategy, and building future-proof organizations. She has been actively involved in investments at the intersection of AI and talent, including The Selection Lab, which uses AI-driven assessments to identify and develop inclusive talent. Through this work, she has developed a strong point of view on how AI is reshaping hiring, performance evaluation, and upskilling within high-growth environments.
