Anja Böhme joined as Head of European Midcap Buyout Germany at ODDO BHF AM in 2025. Prior to that, she spent more than a decade in private equity and leveraged finance covering transactions in the DACH market. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Level 20 DACH Committee, the regional chapter of Level 20, the leading industry body for women in private equity. She graduated from Berlin School of Economics with a degree in Business Law.
