Benjamin has been working in the private equity industry since 2010. Prior to founding Sophora, he was a Partner at Silverfleet Capital, where he worked from 2014 to 2022, and worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company in corporate finance, private equity and restructuring from 2010 to 2014. Benjamin holds a degree in International Business from Munich Business School, and Masters’ degrees in Finance & Accounting from the London School of Economics and in Law (LL.M.) from the University of Heidelberg. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
