Chase is the EY-Parthenon Global Private Equity ESG Leader. He has a strong track record of advising PE firms on creating and protecting value through ESG management. Working with some of the largest PE clients globally, together with his team, he works across a fund’s lifecycle from fund strategy to due diligence, portfolio value creation and exit readiness. Describing himself as a sustainability pragmatist, Chase is passionate about the unique opportunity the PE sector has to address sustainability challenges. He helps bring the best of the EY organization to bear by integrating operational findings with customer insights to achieve sustainability transformations of clients. Previously, Chase was on the founding management team of a leading advisory firm and prior to that was with a management consulting company.
