Christian Kasten is Managing Director at Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) and leads the Operating Partner team, working closely with DPE’s portfolio companies on value creation strategies. Parallel to his Operating Partner role, he built and established DPE’s sustainability program. Before joining DPE in 2014, Christian led a green technology company through a successful exit to a strategic investor and spent six years in management consulting at Porsche Consulting, advising clients on Operational Excellence. He holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Bocconi University in Milan.
