Cilian Jansen Verplanke studied Company Law at Leiden University and has over 35 years of experience in the financial sector in private equity, equity capital markets and commercial banking of which 20 years at ABN AMRO Bank and Rabobank and since 2010 at her own co-founded investment Fund Karmijn Kapitaal, investing in SME companies focusing on balanced managementteams. She has done numerous acquisitions and exits and is inspired by entrepreneurs.

Cilian is member of the Board of the Stichting Administratiekantoor Continuïteit ABN AMRO Bank, Treasurer of the Board of Stichting RC Oude Armen Kantoor, Chair auditcommittee Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra, Board member Code-V and Former Chair of the Dutch Level20 Committee.
