Cord is a Senior Partner with over 25 years’ experience advising financial and strategic investors on complex transactions and restructuring engagements, specializing in financial due diligence on both buy and sell-side engagements. Cord brings deep industry expertise across retail and consumer products, manufacturing, engineering, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare, collaborating closely with large-cap and mid-market investors across the private equity landscape.
