Cornelia Gomez serves as the Global Head of Sustainability at General Atlantic, where she spearheads the firm's overarching sustainability strategy across its corporate operations and Growth Equity, Climate and Credit investment platforms. In this role, Cornelia drives Sustainability value creation initiatives and the incorporation of ESG tools and best practices across General Atlantic’s global operations and portfolio companies.

Prior to joining General Atlantic, Cornelia was the Head of ESG and Sustainability at PAI Partners, where she led the firm's sustainability efforts and established its reputation as a leader in responsible investing. She also co-founded and served as the Global Coordinator for the International Climate Initiative (iCI), an influential industry group supported by the United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Investment, focused on advancing climate-conscious investment practices globally. Earlier in her career, Cornelia led Supply Chain Sustainability initiatives at Groupe Casino, where she developed and implemented transformative CSR strategies across the company’s procurement and sourcing operations.
