Daniella is the Founding GP at Avant Bio, leading growth equity investments in Life Sciences, TechBio and Healthtech. Daniella has been focused on accelerating therapeutic-enabling technologies her entire career as an entrepreneur, corporate executive and investor. She has been a driving force in the sector reflected by numerous recognitions including Fierce Pharma's Fiercest Women in Life Sciences.

Previously, Daniella co-founded Wave Biotech (acquired by GE, now DHR), and led the establishment of a several hundred-million-dollar business at GE before founding the first growth equity firm focused on life science industrials. Daniella earned her B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and her EMBA from New York University/Stern.
