David Barbour is CIO at Pallant Capital, an international single-family office based in the UK which has a strong focus on private markets and private equity. His former roles include heading the direct private equity investment team at a multi-family office and as Founder and Managing Partner of FPE Capital, a technology focussed GP, from 2016-24. Prior to entering private markets he qualified as a corporate lawyer and was a Senior Vice President at JPMorgan IB.
