Devika Shanker-Grandpierre is a strategic advisor specializing in technology, operational excellence, and value creation. With technical and operational leadership experience at TikTok, Meta, and JP Morgan Chase, she drives initiatives that enhance efficiency, build high-performing teams, and deliver long-term success. At TikTok, Devika built and led teams addressing geopolitical risks, authored the platform’s first transparency report on influence operations, and collaborated with global regulators and governments to combat risks through product and policy solutions. At Meta, she led a team of market experts using geopolitical research insights to mitigate high-severity risks through innovative solutions. In addition to her advisory roles, Devika teaches at the Thessaloniki Summer School for young journalists, offering Masters' students valuable insights into the challenges faced by leaders in tech companies, policymaking bodies, and governments as they navigate the balance between safety, transparency, and opportunity. Her research on technology exploitation and preventive solutions has been published by the Global Network on Extremism and Technology, affiliated with King’s College London’s Department of War Studies. Devika is also an Advocacy Champion for the Irish Cancer Society and serves on the boards of multiple charitable organizations dedicated to advancing arts and culture in Europe.
