Elena is a Managing Director at Fremman Capital, with 16 years of experience in the financial sector and over a decade in private equity. She is a member of Fremman’s Investment Team and focuses on origination and execution, with primary responsibility for the Italian market and pan-European coverage of the education and consumer sectors. Elena has led and executed complex, cross-border buyout and buy-and-build transactions, with a strong track record in proprietary sourcing and thematic investing. She works closely with portfolio company management teams on value creation initiatives, organic growth acceleration and M&A, and currently serves on the boards of several portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Fremman, Elena spent over six years at Partners Group in London, where she worked on large-cap private equity investments across Europe, including complex buy-and-build strategies. She began her career in M&A. Elena has international professional experience across Milan and London and has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the United States. She holds an honours degree in Management Engineering from LIUC.
