Elena Laleh is a Managing Director at Kline Hill Partners, focused on GP-led secondaries. Prior to joining Kline Hill, Elena spent seven years as a core member of the secondaries team at Partners Group, where she focused on both GP-led and LP secondaries, as well as co-investments and primary investments. She was a Founding Member of Partners Group’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and led the firm’s European D&I initiatives. Elena has prior experience in investment banking at Credit Suisse in New York.
