Emma is Global Private Equity Leader at Deloitte, overseeing the firm’s growth strategy and co-ordination of end-to-end services to PE clients globally, from transaction support through to transformation and value creation across the whole of the investment lifecycle.

As a partner at Deloitte in the UK for 19 years, Emma has spent her career working with PE portfolio companies, focussed on bringing together everything that Deloitte does to support portfolio company management teams. She has specialised herself in working with portfolio company CFOs and their Finance functions and has relationships with a number of leading PE houses. Emma has considerable experience of working closely with management teams and their private equity owners throughout the investment cycle and has worked on numerous successful exits.

Emma has a BA in Mathematics from Oxford University and an MBA (distinction) from Manchester Business School. She is a keen sailor and watersports enthusiast and leads a busy family life with three teenage children.
