Erik Thijs Wedershoven is Director and Head of ESG at NPM Capital, the oldest PE firm in the Netherlands. We have a flexible investment horizon which allows us to actively support our companies in long-term value creation and integrate ESG as a lens in everything we do.

Prior to joining NPM, he led the EY Sustainability Consulting practice in the Netherlands and has been active in various international organisations in the realm of sustainable development, also as a Supervisory Board Member, for over 15 years.
