Florian Hausen is Partner at Beyond Capital Partners, a Frankfurt based Private Equity investor focusing on the acquisition of majority stakes in profitable asset-light small and medium enterprises in the German-speaking countries. He advises the funds in the investment decisions and consults the portfolio companies in their strategic and operational direction in order to promote sustainable growth. Florian has over 20 years of experience in executive management, M&A, and investment banking, leading numerous SME transactions. He combines transactional expertise with operational leadership, driving growth and value creation. Career stations include Ernst & Young, Deutsche Bank and Marquard & Bahls and Mabanft Group. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and completed a year abroad at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in Barcelona. Florian also attended further executive courses at Columbia Business School in New York.
