Dr. Gesa Miczaika is one of the founders and GPs of the Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund, a venture capital firm co-investing into startups with at least one female founder across Europe. She is the former Deputy President of the German Startups Association in honorary capacity. Beside that, Gesa founded the Evangelistas, a network of female business angels with more than 400 members in Germany and is a founding member of European Women in VC.
