Holger Rossbach is Managing Director and Co-Head PE/VC at Palladio Partners and is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.

Holger has long-standing experience in the PE and VC industry and belongs to some of the most experienced VC and growth fund investors across Europe with almost 20 years of experience as VC LP. Prior to Palladio Partners, he led the European PE and VC research team out of Cambridge Associates’ London office before opening their German presence. During his time in the Munich office, he focused on advising and conducting investments on behalf of large institutional clients in infrastructure, private equity, venture capital and private debt. Earlier in his career, he worked at one of the leading institutional private equity and venture capital fund of funds in Germany conducting VC and growth investments.

Holger Rossbach holds an MBA and an M.A. in Chinese Sciences (Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich).
