James Bradshaw is a Managing Director at Kline Hill Partners, where he heads the firm's London office. James joined Kline Hill in 2019 and has sourced, underwritten, and executed hundreds of transactions across the firm's LP-led strategy. James relocated to London in early 2026 to focus on the region's underserved small- and mid-market secondary opportunity set.

Prior to Kline Hill, James was a Manager in the M&A Financial Advisory team at Deloitte UK, where he performed financial due diligence for mid-cap private equity clients across a range of sectors. James is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and holds a degree from Durham University.

Kline Hill is a leading private equity secondaries firm focused on the small-deal market, with capabilities spanning LP fund transfers, GP-led continuation vehicles, and secondary directs. Founded in 2015, the firm manages over $7.5 billion in assets and has closed more than 850 transactions, transferring over 3,500 fund interests since inception.
